Anyone know if any MDs were laid off from Mike Whitaker or Jim Adams organization?

CTI MDs really need some culling. Several fairly recent promotions created some serious wasted overhead. Too much political posturing, and MDs who care only about short term goals so they can justify bonus, and no regard for the firm long term goals, no desire to collaborate with other MDs unless they get something personally out of it. Any decent hires never survive long under that leadership, and if citi is really looking to create value from IT, they wont do it with most of the current MDs.
So basically MDs and Directors are safe in CTI but Individual contributors will be laid off. there are too many MDs and Directors under Mike Whitaker and we need to get rid of them. Besides, they are incompetent, outdated and rotten. Time for change in Mike Whitaker's organization.

But interesting thing is if you go to SharePoint - Find ops & tech main page you will see Mike Whitaker, then go to service, markets and tech, you will see Jonathon lofthouse :)
MYTH - MDS will be removed
MYTH - Management layers will be truncated
MYTH - Co-owners will be stripped
FACT - Ocean of ICs will be let-go
