I don’t know how the MDs pay works but from what I heard today they aren’t getting an increase this year. I mentioned not knowing how their pay works because I heard something about shifting bonus pay to salary pay.
There shouldn't be any more MD promotions if we are in such financial constraints. They just a bunch go last month. How does this make any sense? lol. D-mb.
No MD announcements were made today as best as I could follow up. I have some friends in the mix and they haven't heard either way yet.
