While there I suffered retaliation for reporting tista, verbal abuse, demeaning verbiage and all kinds of treatment that proves they don’t care about anyone who works for them. This is not a company worth working for. I would live under a bridge before I went back to them even if it was the last job on earth. No human deserves to be treated that way…I am surprised they haven’t been sued yet.

They terminate badly behaved employees. Then allow them to remain when they should be removed from the work environment (esp when they know they are leaving).
Citi's anti-harassment & anti-discrimination Compliance training video is one hour long with a Test at the end. Meanwhile Citi is as bad as other employers. It gets sued every week for these behaviours. The worst part of the Compliance training video is the beginning where Jane Fraser gives a 10 minute song and dance speech about employees who engage in bullying, s-xual harassment, as--ult or discrimination will be Fired immediately. Employees know from experience this is BullShlt. Talk is cheap and BullSh!t walks !!!
I got the same situation at Capital One.
They lie to convince people to join/stay/harm others or be fired.

When you report to Citi any kind of misconduct (harassment, retaliation etc) Citi always looks the other way or will do anything to protect itself.
Unfortunately Citi is infested with corruption and unethical conducts. Don't trust HR or Employee relations, they are not there to protect you.
