CX**P is code for…go back to what worked to begin with….specifically around Footwear Product strategies. At what point do the leaders that voted to implode this strategy to serve their own power grab get removed? We all see what’s happening in FW market place now! HON and that sewing circle from Wms AP need to go. They removed anyone from the FW and sales orgs (experts in mkt plc strategy) that got in the way of their agendas. AM, MG, JJ have had their time and their say in Sr Leadership meetings and their strategies have done nothing but put the company in a downward death spiral…not to mention making zero progress in Women’s AP. Change needs to happen at the top but the only change has been moving the chairs around while the people grinding away in the real jobs sit in peril right before the holidays. Pathetic.

The Board needs to wake up on this one and clean out the figurehead not qualified to lead an army of ants out of a paper bag.

Sooooooo many leadership layers between those who know what is going on and know how to make things more efficient and the C suite. The silos created by excessive leadership are our of control.

Ask the ones doing the work who should be gone, rather than letting VPs let people go because said VP does not like being challenged.

Current and new org leaders should definitely NOT give you confidence in a turn around. Nike or Jordan.
