RTO complete with bedbugs

Best way to get everyone excited about RTO is to brag about how effective the repeat treatments for bedbugs are.

I think it's safe to assume if that dude works at Truist he left somebody's mother extremely unsatisfied.

““To the myriad of people…”. Way to look like less of clown bro by policing the “your” “you’re” use by people, many who are likely typing on phones. YOU’RE a real intellectual gain.

Buy hey, I get it. You tried to be funny and now realize YOU’RE not. Oh yeah, and since you brought up YOUR mother, you should ask her how she like the coffee I made her this morning before I left her house.“

I think the real question is - where are the beds? My office doesn't have beds and I'm pi---d to find out the rest of you do.

You would know if your office has bed bugs. They don’t keep it secret.

I am a shareholder of Truist and I am not gaining any benefit since the merger ... WTF are you talking about? The only people who are benefiting are in management faking it to earn money. I am sure there are pockets of teams with management who are delivering but many fake it to just get by and get paid.

Wait! Is someone saying that a Truist office space actually has bed bugs? Or is this a prank?

“pretend your in Paris”. Cool joke bro. You were probably one of those “freedom fries” busters back in the day. I’ll oblige though. I’ll bring the guillotine.

Someone should clue in mental giant Mike Mayo that the entire financial system and civil legal system is set up to advantage the shareholders over the individual….and particularly over the worker.

Just sitting on my couch drinking coffee dreading going in to sit with strangers. A. great mindset to set up my day. Yesterday I started work about an hour earlier then I will today.

I honestly would love to get back into the office and collaborate with coworkers. But go into the office to a transient workspace infected with bedbugs and who knows what else just to sit alone in some random desk with absolutely no privacy and call into a teams meeting because no one from my team is there? No thanks. In my 24 year career I have never witnessed such inept senior leadership. At this point I don't know a single co worker who isn't just biding their time for a better opportunity. Shareholders want a ROI but I can tell you that treating your workforce with nonsensical policies and reduced benefits will at best hold off the inevitable failure of Truist. Major changes need to be made ASAP. Start at the top and change leadership or end at the bottom and get sold for pennies on the dollar.
