EM employees are known for having an overblown sense of their skills and their worth. It’s also common knowledge that you don’t do much besides update purchasing specs and bounce emails around.
EM employees have saturated Chevron with applications (not sure why). After that it’s the usual suspects: BP, Shell, Total, etc. You’ll have to ask their HRs how many they’ve hired from EM.
Anyone who tells you that they’re getting massive pay increases and outstanding benefits after leaving is FoS.
