- New Options
People are scared to take new options because of budget constraints and resources.
- Still Contractor driven
There was a positive direction to use employees for new and good work. but heard in recent town hall meetings that you will use contractors and vendors again to bring in Gen AI and other areas. So you still don't want to elevate skills of your employees.
- Every one is waiting for Severance Pay. No quiet quitting
We don't want to go to new job out of fear. We stayed in this company for years and you have to pay us. you can't just threaten and think we will leave by ourself.
- Mental stress
You are creating unwanted mental stress among employees. Our org and team was productive (it was running though not super productive), but now no one is interested to contribute his ideas or do his work properly.
- Every one is scared now. When time comes, ready to jump the ship.
