We are Wells Fargo employees forming a union to improve our working conditions;  making a better Wells Fargo for workers & customers.

Proper Staffing
We need adequate staffing levels to reduce stress levels, enable humane workloads and set attainable performance metrics.

Better Pay
We want a fair raise for ALL employees commensurate with the 30% increase to the starting minimum wage.

Work Life Balance
We demand safe and flexible work arrangements along with time-off benefits that recognize all of our needs, duties and responsibilities.

Respect
Respect our right to organize an independent voice at work free from fear of retaliation or harassment

OP, how many WF employees do you have signed up for a union? Cuz the amount of multiple downvotes on anything non union here is, well, unbelievable…

Unions are for lazy unqualified people.

WF has far too many unqualified people already getting promoted for the primary reason that they are located in a hub.

It’ll just be another set of unqualified people getting promoted simply due to other lame reasons that have nothing to do with actual contributions. I’ll just stick to the cr-p hole that I know for now until the time and opportunity is better elsewhere.

I'm curious who this union would cover? All non-exempt employees? As am exempt employee who has worked hard for many years to get where I am I am already subsidizing your healthcare and while you complain about a 5% increase in your premiums, mine are going up almost 30% from last year.

I'd probably join with enough support, but good luck on getting all the super old employees to join in lmao

A union would be awesome, the Hollywood writers and the auto workers are getting amazing results from their strikes
