Where are the ISG cuts that you know about?
25% across the board
more baseless fishing. from the unemployed
Early - mid November. Heavy on sales. I know of some ISG cuts.
Early November/Start of Q4 was the latest we heard in Europe, whether that's true or not is up for grabs.
Nobody knows.
