Houston is the foreign business capital of the world. There are more dollars in Chinese energy there than American. Do the research - its a fact. Abbott is an as*hole and then you have Cruz. They shut down oil and gas production for political gain and f the people that suffer. Lost wages, safety issues. Nothing against the people stuck there but wow its like a different country. No better than Mississippi. Total graft and living in the 1800s. Its sad.
