Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Clients - Hiring more employees! (Pssst- they are laying off experienced employees)

New hires/great quarter? why so many layoffs management? Come on HR, Senior Management comment why you are laying off, it is not due to lack of accomplishment- we are the ones that “made the quarter great- not new hires replacing us.

Exciting news Clients - we have hired new employees! But don’t tell these Clients once again you are laying off the experienced/knowledgeable

This push for massive hiring is out of control… all for tax advantages..quantity vs quality… 6855 Pacific had a do over fire drill today…pathetic…too many people trying to crowd out of too few doors… would be surprised if fire department was impressed

The way this place has treated some of the best talented and tenured employees is beyond despicable. People giving their blood, sweat, nights and weekends for this company for many years to only be kicked to the curb like garbage. It makes you sick to your stomach just thinking about it.

They are going to pay more fees now that legal has found some loopholes that allow Fiserv to charge more.

It is called "shrinkflation" - clients pay the same fee but get much less service
