How is the support organization doing these days?
I have an acquaintance who says things have gotten extremely negative and toxic there with leadership in the past few months.

It’s called support because they need it!
support has ever been good? if you want to never grow or learn...that's where you go. and their managers stay there for not years, but decades. come on. you dont get promoted...you wake up and leave.
I haven’t had a good manager since before my company was acquired. I am not sure if there is any hope left.

Depends. If you like getting cr@pped on day in and day out then working in Oracle support is great!
