To @2ftb+1piOr1BG the performance discussions being done this week and next week are with the employees or subordinates who are getting rated.
Needless to say the rewards pickings will be rather slim for the next 2 years.
Then why plan meeting for this week and next week when they already know that performance stuff is going on? Lol. I think some of the MIA/avoidance by managers may also be due to the fact that they are getting questions that they cannot answer right now.
Managers have been relatively quiet or meetings were cancelled not because they were having VOE discussions but because they were busy doing the preliminary performance ratings. Performance discussions are being done this week and next week.
Anything short of “Citi is the most awesome place to work at” or “I trust Jane with my life”.
Will be frowned upon.
I am sure it would have been awesome to hear the VOE convos! Like how do they even use VOE to help determine who's laid off, raises, etc.? What's their scoring system? Something was totally up this week. I too noticed a lot of meeting cancelations and MIA higher ups like another poster on this site mentioned.
VOE was done and submitted BEFORE this Restructuring...Strategic...don't you think 🤔
instead you are just a fly on sheep droppings
voe scores are not going to alter the trajectory of restructuring
Voe is a joke a citi, a lackluster institution that doesn't care about its employees or their work/life balance
Not sure who you think isn’t working. My team and all our partners are busy!
This may be why managers were cancelling staff meetings.
Everythings feels too quiet. No projects. Little work. Nobody talking. Managers silent. No communication. Imagine 240000 employees with no work because projects cut or delayed.
