We see they forgot about Long term capped out associates again. They gave raises to young inexperienced associates again.....1 more raise and will they be capped out? Why won't they atleast give us half of that. We work just as hard and prob harder to train people.
Managers are Lazy, bring back the smart ones.

Once you are capped out you get a 1 time check for that year as a bonus...but no permanent increase.
When you are hired, they want you to stay long term. Until you do.
