30% budget cuts across the board before 2024

IT budget definitely cut an additional 30% but did not hear this was across the board.
I guess this means layoffs and small bonus?
Here’s hoping the dead weight teammates that you scratch your head wondering why they aren’t on PIP’s, leads knew when they were doing budgets months ago they would be laid off by the end of the year….
