This company won’t exist in 3 years ( and that is the max)
No one really likes Ford products , I’m embarrassed to tell people I work here and the talent here is mediocre at best. No one willingly takes a job here

Start looking for a job somewhere else everyone. Ford stock is heading toward $4 a share. Bankruptcy is on the horizon. EV plants has stopped the work. EV suppliers are laying off people. Ford is looking at $5 billion loss in EV. $4 billion charged for warranty and recalls. $3 billion write off for UAW contract. $2.5 billion for executives bonus, profit sharing, pay raises. Wow. What a company.

I wouldn't say "no one likes Ford products" across the board.
The F-Series (ICE only) is still a huge money maker running circles around the competition and any other company would be trampling to acquire it if they could, minus the baggage with unions & retiree benefits of course.
