If you get one, you’re golden.

If you don’t, you’ve got until January to get yourself back to Portland.

Fully remote roles will stay remote. Hybrid special cases look like they won’t be honored anymore.

@jlv+1pid6lwy Make personal copies and hold onto them in case you need them for legal purposes. Won't guarantee your job but might help you get a settlement and unemployment pay.

It seems it can (be revoked)

As I understand it no one is being grandfathered in to remote agreements, but that presumably means if you were hired remote, you’ll be either offered relocation or laid off

It becomes more gray for ex PDX employees that got ‘permission’ to go remote

At least you can rely on the fact that the high-quality HR team will handle this consistently, equitably and promptly… not
