I work at Sam's club in Mentor, Ohio. I witnessed a manager that was so RUDE to another associate. Several other associates also heard him being so MEAN.

I don’t care what happened you don’t yell at people in public. I would call the ethics hotline.
The manager should have taken them into the office out of the audience of everyone in the club and all the nosey employees !!
We have had associates quit their first day after hearing one of the managers talking/yelling at a lead. Corporate doeant care. It's what corporate wants. Bad managers mean associates quit before they are with the company too long.
Heavens to betsy...what could be so mean and rude...was the associate asked to cover a break for some whiny troll in the gas station?

Must have asked the associate to get off their phone & get to work.
