How much is severance would one get?
With my luck I’ll be “spared” and my manager laid off and I’ll have to do his job with no additional pay.
Yes.. please give me a severance so I can enjoy my holidays! Since hiring is slow in November and December, I plan to just spend time with my family and look for a job next year!
Everyone deserves the severance after the last several month - have confidence in you abilities to go through the next door or window that may open. Enough of being dr-g through the mud - well wishes to EVERYONE!
Hear, hear! I will be pretty depressed if I have to suffer through a period of dealing with re-orgs, RTO, and shittier leadership. I really hope I am l laid off. Do companies ever let employees volunteer themselves to be laid off? I feel like a lot of us want to be let go, but there's no way to do it.
