What in the world is the EC thinking? We lost some of the very best best best in UX today. They got the wrong people!

This was probably the right move, sorry but I left the UX design team years ago and since then I haven’t seen any big innovations in the product, everything is still the same and messy, all those millions of dollars in payroll invested in what? good call
I do not have faith in our new UX leader, and I don’t think he has faith in himself either.

So much for through the client's eyes... Some of us do more than ux - equalling multiple employee roles, who really contribute value to profitable products. Guess the really good TD products will now be the lower quality of Schwab.
This doesn't bode well for the future. They laid off some special people.
You need to understand this was more about org structure and numbers, and then performance and abilities after that.
