I am in little bit worry about maintaining visa status, we will be on payroll till Dec 31st, so that we have another 60 days to get new job?

You are on the books till end of 60 days . Then the 60 day grace period starts . And Schwab is not going to keep running payroll till you find a job. It’s not a fake consultancy . There are some provisions of a return ticket which they might provide if you plan to return to your home country .
