KK and his strategic plan are nonsense. every year he says we are on the right track. the truth is that he doesn't know what to do anymore.

If you're smart you should leave...simple as that. I like KK but he has been saying the same stuff for 10 years...it ain't changing

I'm not depressed. Then again, I'm also not there. Don't be scared to make a change. In the meantime, fill your off the clock time with things/people that lift your spirits so you can hang onto your sense of enthusiasm. You'll need it to remain intact for interviews and leading up to your next opportunity.
