I guess we're now expected to take on their workload as well? I won't. I already have more than enough to keep me busy and I have no intention to gift Schwab a second of my family time anymore. They can figure it out. If that means they decide to fire me, so be it. I don't even care anymore.

Lost 3 great people and 1997 not great people
It’s terrible. If you’re on a small team and lost your experienced/senior teammates you now just inherited more difficult work without a pay raise. Sc-mmy play by Schwab.
Sums up my feelings perfectly
...we lost 3 ICs out of about 30 of us and we are heading into our busy time in Q1. So we'll be expected to take on their caseloads with no regard for work/life balance being further eroded. And there's always the possibility that others could bolt before the end of the year as we always seem to have attrition at this time of year. And there won't be enough time to replace them (if they are replaced at all).
