I was informed by my manager that I won’t qualify for the split bonus because I’m a grade 11 employee. Does anyone know the criteria for the bonus? I tried asking HR but it’s crickets.

When will this bonus be received is what I’m thinking !!?? Will Christmas be early like for executives??
They even did away with the $25 insult gift card. NCR used to give out 5% of yearly salary bonus to CE’s, was a nice gesture.
Then Nancy Daniels came along and changed the bonus structure (for the BETTER she claimed) and that was it…..CE’s never got a holiday bonus ever again. Her tenure demoralized the field techs and directly led to Union activity.
Are you saying they strung you along all this time and now this ? Now that's truly the definition of a low class company .
If you think a $25 Walmart gift card is a bonus, you got really low standards.
0ver 2 decades working for the field, never once was there any significant bonuses given, many teasers just to make you work more, then just missed the targets……… the only bonus you can expect is right before Christmas, if you get laid off and get a severance package.
The layoffs before Christmas will help them from not paying the bonus

It was for grades 11 and higher. If you qualified, it was discussed as part of your 2022 review. Were your promoted after the review cycle, mid-year? That could by why.
Grade 10 and under usually have gotten nothing, 11 used to get bonuses, but it was very hush hush, we were told to never speak of it. After being outsourced, well……
The email we received said split bonus was for grades G11 to E1. Thought the G stood for grade 11 to executive 1, but not sure.
