This happens often there and they have the weakest parachute packages in the industry. The past few years layoffs were expected to make room for Union Banc employees but they have laid off many of them also. New mid and senior leaders should bring positive changes but it’s very slow and they seem to be laying off just in time for Christmas.

Can't be all Union Bank employees that came over. I came over from UB and have been given my new job title and compensation starting 2024.
