Protests outside a Mondelez headquarters in Chicago yesterday. Why? Because they have repeatedly lied about their voluntary withdraw from doing business in Ukraine, like nearly every other company! They currently received a “D” for their efforts!
If that ain’t profits over people, not sure want is! Still think they care about you? Still believe GS cares about you? His care goes as far as what you are contributing to his bottom line!
Good for the auto workers! They got ba--s! Fight for what is right! Mondelez employees take a major pay cut, are repeatedly lied to, and treated less than human, yet all they do is go to work to make more money for the organization and less tor themselves.
What am I missing? Someone needs to start
a union effort before it’s too late!

So silly, retired sales rep! Worked back in the days when we were treated well! When Kraft ran the show! Feel badly for all the mondelez employees now, a lot of whom I know well. I work PT for another CPG company and wow, what a difference a company makes! We are valued. People answer the phone when we need em! Team building all the time. Great relationships all around.
To reiterate my first post….Mondelez is one the very few companies who continues to do business in Russia, although Dirk said he would wind down. Nope! Now with the tax base we give to Putin, he is able to continue his as--ult on Ukraine. I tried to simplify for ya, must be a newbie sales rep that don’t know much? Maybe?
