Does anyone know if anyone of the PrecisonLender side has been laid off or only those that support UUX? I've had a client ask for a roadmap for UUX and is concerned since one can't be provided. Clients are getting the sense of what is going on around here.
More are coming. Management is selling their shares of the stock. The end is near. Bankruptcy and closure or selling are the only options I see.
What type of roles can not be moved to india?
How is the severance?
What is Q2’s severance package?
So glad I did the absolute bare minimum - even over achievers are being laid off in favor of the cheap option in India. Was part of the most recent layoffs and I couldn’t be happier. So glad to be done with this place. Advice to everyone still there: milk the check while you can then enjoy the severance. Start job hunting now, even work your new job and idle at Q2 until your number is called.
How far up the the organization title wise will get moved to India? Everything Sr manager and below gets moved to India and only the Directors and above roles get to stay in the good ole US of A?
Where is the line drawn ?
I've never seen a company handle layoffs worse than Q2. What the fu-k is management doing.
The game now is to collect a paycheck as long as you can before your role is moved to India. Be ready for when it inevitably happens.
whats the plan for non managerial FP&A and internal audit roles? stay austin based or move to india?
I have enjoyed my time at Q2, but no more. The way they are handling these layoffs is awful. I get it, layoffs su-k, but doing some in October and then again in November is demotivating.
No. It’s not over. Get your resume ready, start applying but don’t quit yet. Wait for the exit. We’re all marked and will eventually be laid off unless we move to the new office in India.
Moving jobs to India. And what percent of Q2 income comes from Asia?
2% of the company, but 7% of engineering. They are pushing the move to India hard.
Are more rifs coming this month?
It's not over........ stay on your toes, keep your resume fresh, and start job hunting.
I heard 2 % across the company.
Yes - but that 2% is globally.
I heard 2 % across the company.
Most importantly, is it over?
