I can’t recommend UP as a place to go work there. They treat employees like dirt , abuse the sick and wounded current employees . Put you in health pending status for many months after your own Dr. told you ok to go back to work. Am glad the EEOC is suing Up . The courage to care program is a lie. Up not my family and I’m not on their team.
Last year halfwit Beth sent an email telling us to use our time off during the holidays when we are around family and friends to refer people we thought were a good fit to come work here. What F'n planet is she on? Who the F was off during holidays and weekends with their family and friends? Now her and Little Jim want to "right-size" the same people they told us to recruit out of a job. The executive level is trash. If they all disappeared tomorrow the railroad would still run without them. The people who truly make this operation run know their jobs and don't need talking heads at the top. The biggest waste of money is at the executive level who are making "tough decisions" and telling us this is how we win. People making 7 figures per year to host conference calls asking d-mb questions isn't leadership, its thievery.
