The My Share program has been done away with for the Walmart Associates. Their annual raise is only 2%.

Again, must be a manager making big money telling us to go elsewhere. You all just got big raises so you're not struggling.

@5fyk+1poN9B4i If you’re not happy then instead of complaining find another job no one is telling to you stay at Sam’s! If you can’t survive off of your Sam’s paycheck working full time find a job you can. No one is making you work 2 or 3 jobs you choose to do that. I get that coat of living is high in some places but if you think you can make more elsewhere and only have to work one job why not do that and better your life instead of complaining

Must be a Gm saying we should be grateful for anything they give us. How about you keep your bonus and bundt cake and give us a raise. I'm tired of working two and three jobs to meet my bills. I shouldn't have to work another job when I am a full time associate.

@5lsg+1poN9B4i, your view of the company bonus is part of the problem. "Be grateful that you're getting one." This company is the largest retailer in the world. People at corporate need a wheel barrow to cart their bonuses home. While the hourly workers at store level are lucky to be able to pay for a wheel barrow to get to work.
These sl--e ba--s are bending hourly associates over, going in hard, & telling us we're going to enjoy it.
You're correct, they aren't obligated to give us anything. And that's exactly what they're moving toward. Give us nothing, while they continue to reap the benefits of our hard work.

To the person that’s laughing at the small bonus you are getting maybe start by being grateful you are even getting one no matter what the amount no company is obligated to give you a bonus so if you feel entitled to more go elsewhere. I have been with the company 10 years and yes we used to get a lot more but be grateful for what you are getting

Ha ha ha!! Bonus? We used to get good ones. Now, although our sales are through the roof....and like most clubs, we're doing it with less associates, we're getting very little. But corporate suits get more than ever.
