How does US Bank still hire from or listen to McKinsey? After they’re playing both sides of the opi--d crisis even with the same exact consultants working for Purdue and working for the FDA at the same time, helping to perfect the sale of opi--d to drive profits. If McKinsey is this unethical what does it say about US Bank? Look at the work or companies our consultants are doing and see if it aligns with our values. See John Oliver segment on McKinsey

Since when was US Bank an ethical company? It’s a bank for sakes… how much have they paid in fines over the years? And how much have they paid for their world most ethics companies branding… talking like this is a one company issue.
Leaders who have no vision and want to deflect accountability from themselves hire McKinsey. It's also a real admission that you don't have any belief in your management team to lead through industry-wide change if you have to bring them in. AC has no vision and absolutely no idea what it's like to be on the front lines dealing with customers, hence all of the catastrophic mistakes he has made since he took the helm from RKD. He has been in finance and non-customer facing roles his entire career, so he has no real clue about how wrong McKinsey's advice is. He has several VC's who are former McKinsey partners, and they'll slit his throat to take his job before too much longer (can you imagine how effed up the bank will be when Gunjan takes over?). And when they completely destroy USB and sell it to a Canadian or another foreign bank, they'll just go back to their McKinsey partnerships and sail off into the sunset.
Hold AC accountable for his terrible management decisions, and replace him and reorg the entire C-suite with real bankers!
