Through Sedgwick, should I file for unemployment? I don’t believe I can collect both. What do you think pays more?

Do the research yourself.
It will be a nice break. You should try to collect both. You will have to convince your doctor that you are able to work in limited capacity for unemployment as you must be actively working but disabled enough to qualify for disability. You are in a great position, wet your beak in both while collecting severance and go to Hawaii.
