For the past 4 years, this ELT bunch has made so many bonehead moves and layoffs that continuously destroy this company.
It is clear now that they were hired to dismantle the company by laying off people over time to not attract attention of age discrimination and panicking existing employees and customers. They lack empathy and do not hesitate to lie and deceive to manage to the desired result and collect big bonuses and RSUs.
Anyone among their ranks with self respect and integrity would have left long ago after having to face employees with more lies and layoffs. But since they don't it means layoffs is their job and they are happy doing a good job at it.
What else could it be?
