Rumors of reorg in NEX happing soon, anyone know if CPM is also happening?
If they were being transparent they would just give u the rsus. Pretty sure that is already allocated on the books. In reality most won't get all of their rsus and the remainder goes to higher grades getting 11 or 14 months of pay. Even though the higher grade might be essentially retiring, so the payout is not a replacement for unemployment benefits or to hold them over during their job search. Just a big lump sum after they have been succing Intel dry for years IMO
Yes, the optimal size, but never achievable is 80k workers. And as usual, engineers are interchangeable, but management not :)
