The STB reciprocal switching rule is going to hurt the UP and very soon. Remember when the mid-et stated he would walk away from any work that doesn't fit the network? That work he walked away from will go to someone else now. More business for your competition, and less for you hurts YOU Vena! Gaining business and achieving growth is how the UP wins! Refusing service and rejecting potential profit is how your competition wins! Did you get that Vena? Do the work, or someone else will!
The STB doesn't seem that toothless with regards to their pending reciprocal switching rulemaking...

STB= Sorry Too Busy to help. Let the chaos commence….. unbelievable, might as well call the Ghostbusters. I can’t believe how useless these agencies are that are supposed to be looking out for the good of the people.
