Wireline employees will be given pay cuts instead of raises. The goal is to get all employees in the same band by title and wireless employee salaries are much lower. This is not a BS post. It is the truth.

My last merit increases were 0.5% and then 1.0% which certainly feels like a paycut in recent years. Wonder which one I’ll get this year.
I’m more curious what the STI will be like though. 50% will be the company score which will be meh but 50% will be based on what my skip thinks of me and since they don’t like me at all will be as low as possible I expect.

I heard former gte gets same pay and titles as former bell. Since we all work for Verizon. To create less confusion.
