Global Clown Hall

Fresh off a super inspiring update and marketing video, I feel more transformed than ever!

As it turns out, if you put your three business units in the shape of a red triangle on a PowerPoint slide, you now have a strategy.

I’m going to tell my kids I’m old enough to remember when global clown halls had open Q&A from employees.

Oh wait, that was before they decided to ki-l Success Share with a single bullet point buried in a giant email.

Can’t have anyone raising pesky questions about things like that! The 30% of employees that probably don’t even know their total comp just got axed 3-5% might even find out!

Hey, give them a break already about not taking any questions!!! That way they don't have to tell lies about BT.

Everything would be so much easier if there weren’t actually critical thinking employees. That’s what really gums up the works. The ones that can actually think for themselves and notice the ship is sinking despite the overlords who say otherwise.

It’s to the point now where the CEO is just hoping for some kind of miracle to happen with BT.
No, I take that back: he’s just hoping for something good, no matter how minor, to happen with BT.
After so much failure, the slightest success would feel like a great victory.

Bonus points for anyone that says "bring the go" in their letter of resignation

This CEO just goes from bad to worse. I have never heard anyone say so little in so many words. His speeches are so full of cliches and buzzwords they are embarrassing.
