I am now hoping for layoffs. And I'm praying that I'm among those who are affected. I want out and I'll be overjoyed if I'm laid off. I'll take a month to start looking for a new job just to relax and improve my mental health after over a decade of working at this hellhole.

Hint to OP, if you can’t navigate and develop your career at V, you can’t do it anywhere. If you are unhappy, grow a pair and move on and create something better for yourself.
