Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Management problem in the extreme

Toxic, abusive, did I mention toxic? They enjoy it. They thrive on dishing out the abuse. RUN, do not walk away from this grossly abusive company. HR enables and perpetuates the abuse too. I have never seen anything like it in all my working life.

They pay just us enough to let us deal with it. The environment is next level toxic though. Super Saiyan level 4.

UOP has become infiltrated with a toxic, inept cesspool of management and only spiraling downward. That cushy 7 layer mgmt system really softens the blow

They say one out of four resumes today are substantially fabricated. The sad part is a lot of these frauds are undetected, or kept under wraps by ethically challenged management to avoid embarrassment. More and more failures, drifters and desperados are willing to go "bills to the wall" with completely fraudulent resumes, banking on a reasonable probability of bilking the system before (possibly) being detected in the long term.

I have seen too many guys and gals with bogus qualifications and zero talent bullsh1t, backstab and ar5e kiss their way through Honeywell. Of course there is some level of it in every corporation, but here......it is just on a completely different level.

The level has dropped so, so low that any sc-mbag off the street can just walk in and call themself a manager. I literally worked under a guy who only got the job because just 2 people applied, he had ZERO engineering background, a very questionable work history, no evidence of previous work and it was clear on the first day he was scrambling to try to learn the subject matter for discipline he was supposed to be leading. He did not know ANYTHING about business, engineering, manufacturing...it was ludicrous.
He was utterly hopeless but he figured pretty quick that he could actually get away with it here. Just needed to royally kiss butt and slither and snake through the system like so, so many other employees here.

It's all an act, a "fake it till you make it" sham.

100% agree. I have experienced it firsthand. They put out lots of public messages pretending equality and inclusivity is imortant to them, but in practice they really couldn't care less. They want all the benefits from honest hardworking employees without showing the same integrity back. Middle management expect employees they've treated like cr-p to mop up their own mess.

100% truth here. HON loves these types of leaders because they have no soul and they have no problem treating their teams like their people are sub-human. Remember kids, Honeywell DOES hate you.
