Reorg in 2024

Anyone with solid (I’m talking to the L3’s +) info on Network/ Sambar reorg in 2024? I’m hearing more layers which has me scratching my head. Any truth?

Sambar’s support org (aka office workers) lost a lot of people with the relocation stuff, I’ve heard as high as 40% loses.

Go back and listen to the Sambar 2H2023 back in Sep, +51:23mins Chris said 300 people were notified they are not in a future work location. 35% responded said they did not want to move. He also said “they will continue to do more of it”

There is revenue generated per employee which is total revenue divided by the number of employee's. I saw somewhere recently that AT&T was in the $700k range per employee and T mobile and Verizon were over the $1 million range. To get AT&T numbers up either requires more revenue or less employee's. Guess which method AT&T is currently using?

AT&T has a plan, look how well the previous plans and extraordinary endeavors have done. It's going to be fine.

They are investing millions in automation software so what do you think is going to happen?

Sambar’s support org (aka office workers) lost a lot of people with the relocation stuff, I’ve heard as high as 40% loses. Some teams were wiped out entirely and bosses are scrambling to plug the holes. I’m sure there will be some reconfiguring of people and titles for many. More will also be coming in terms of layoffs and relocations. So far no word on backfilling anyone.

Reorgs and layoffs are Stank career accomplishments. Destruction, debt , anemic stock price and negative shareholder return do not count

Well, there may not be verification, but reorgs affecting multiple levels, departments, and business units are an absolute guarantee for 2024. And 2025. In fact, multiple reorgs per year at T are perhaps the closest thing to a sure bet one will ever find on earth.

So yes, there will be yet another meaningless shuffling of deckchairs on the Titanic and there will be dozens (if not hundreds) of casualties in every level, department, and business unit in 2024. And 2025. And so on.

It's really the only thing at which Stink and T are competent.
