Just finished the 11/6 off payroll and have a Happy Thanksgiving layoff, so signing up may not matter, because they usually have another round before year end. The Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year layoff! Then the bonuses are finalized and paid out the 1st quarter, wonder what the total will be for the C-suite?
Will Stankey make his 15,000 headcount reduction, this year? What will his 2024 layoff for success number be, higher? How much money does it take to service the debt?
One of the few things destructo d!(k Stank is good at is layoffs . everyone must concede this point. I suspect a massive Thanksgiving layoff that Stank will blame on everyone and everything but himself. Guessing his favorite cuts are those timed around holidays. Who is going to get a PR visit from Stankey and recorded accepting gifts, to show he cares? Last year it was a lady from the janitorial staff, they are contracted out in my area.
HR systems go into quiet mode for massive replacement/consolidation. There will be a pause because of it.
