Don't stay at Schwab if you're unhappy. I've been looking for a little over a month and I already got two offers. I'm still debating what to do, but I know I'm not staying here much longer. Just having the option to leave has had a positive impact on my mood and mental health. Try it. You literally have nothing to lose.

"poor performers"... I always knew Schwab was a circus :)
Don’t. Please leave if your passion isn’t there. Schwab took care of the people impacted. Many other firms do not provide these benefits. Stay. Excel in your career. The poor performers are gone and now it’s time to rock it out.
