Everyone knows JD is a fill in CEO but previous post calling out VPs is right. What do most of these people do? Want to know the reality of most of these people? They are not even good talent and wouldn’t be VPs at other companies so they stay at Nike and rotate from being worthless at one VP post to another without making any actual impact
These VP leadership meetings are nothing more than political meetings where they don’t do sht. Lots of our VPs are teletubbies who have no place being on a pirate ship. Strazzer would eat these ppl for lunch and send them to get a new job on Sesame Street
Look at how many useless VPs in Nike Direct. DH failed dtc strategy and look at his band of grunts. They get promoted? They get new jobs? Now we have a useless CEO and a questionable head of strategy that have been at Nike for 5 years altogether? WTF is going on here? Does JD need a new promotion too? Do you think Tim Apple is desperately trying to get him on Apple board?
We need Jedi Master MP to come back and take on these Sith Lords that have no reason being at Nike any longer
