Thread regarding Walgreens layoffs

For those who scoffed or even scolded me- told you minimal to nothing was going to change. They allowed TB to lead a TH, but worse- to stick around until she got all of those RSUs. And it’s only going to get worse, not better.

DISGUSTING.

Have some pride in yourselves!!! They clearly don’t believe you do or even can at this point, they’ve beaten you down so hard for so long. You can’t force someone to treat you with respect, but you absolutely can refuse to be disrespected!!!!
Sit out! Sick out!!
Run a register, empty a truck, stock a shelf, TB!!!

Completely agree with the above comment don’t care and completely not engaged. I have nothing left in me. I used to be a devoted employee and after seeing how we are are continually poorly treated I just have turned off completely. This is nothing more than a paycheck and I will not offer a helpful idea or solution going forward - it’s absolutely amazing how Steffano has destroyed this company - time for the retirement home bud.

Frankly this company is to far gone to come back from the direction it is headed in you would have to literally fire Pessina and his cronies and then clean house in all of the C-squire jobs. Not even sure who you could bring in to right this because it has been driven in to the ground for far too long now
