Hey I know what some of you are thinking, that dam Bull $hit Detector is back on the forum causing chaos. When the Bull $hit Meter is pegging out I have to spring into action. Folks we need to pull together we are a family, we cannot turn against one another or the Purple Empire will crumble. Our stock price is going down the cr-pper, morale is at rock bottom, employees are turning against each other. People stop and take a minute to reflect on what a great company we had a few years ago...What in the tarnation happen? What we are experiencing is not happening at AMT or SBA...it's an internal Crown problem that starts with the EMT than ripples down to VPs, Directors, and Managers everyone becomes toxic and very untruss worthy. Did you ever think about the more Crown fails and has employee disruptions and severances the more job security it creates for certain individuals at Crown such as L.N.?
When times are difficult we need to come together and stop the fighting and unite!

The tower culture ki-led crown. The tower business was ki-led by churn this year and will be next year. That entire team should be 50 people. Bunch of overpaid, entitled dbags that walked around like peacocks. They couldn’t fix a salad, let alone a problem. Our tower sites have been neglected and poorly ran.
1583 views….hmm I would have to say BSD has garnered the attention of many Purple People. Don’t hate on the messenger, just value the knowledge that BSD is providing to all free of charge.
I can only assume BSD is actually Business Support Director based on how stupid these posts are.
Have to agree with other posts about the bsd. Nobody likes the bsd or cares what the bsd has to say. You’re not funny.

Does anyone notice that directors and managers tend to keep people that are just a little bit d-mber than them. It’s a flawed trait that a lot of managers exhibit to appear to make themselves look like they are needed.
Well stated, Crown has become the Poster Child of the Good Ol’Boy Network…full of Managers and Directors that are buddies and have been close friends for 20 years. They take care of their pathetic friends and throw good honorable employees to the wolves as sacrificed to hold onto their mindless jobs!

Some of the parents in the “family” EMT have gotten a divorce: C.P. and soon D.S. in a few months.
The EMT has turned their children (employees) over to the wolves and have abandoned them in a orphanage to fend for themselves.
This company is no longer a true “family.”
It’s now, “all for number one (self), and everyone get all they can while they can at the expense of others.
Good luck to all who remain and the hundreds of low paid new hires in Houston yet to be hired into this dysfunctional family.
Purple empire will crumble? No, purple empire IS CRUMBLING day by day! So many good employees with knowledge and experience let go in the last layoff and now more will leave “Clown” Castle due to office consolidation and the extremely poor management of managers up and down the ladder. Clown Castle truly is a “Good ole boy network.” It’s not what you know or how you perform, but rather, it’s how much butt kissing you are willing to do.
It’s now time for Clown Castle to pay the fiddler. Far too many managers exist in this company. Upper and mid-level managers need to be let go! Otherwise, the only ones left will be the EMT and managers with no personnel under them who actually do the work day in and day out.
J.B. and L.N. should resign and let others who know what they are doing take over. Or, piece-out Clown Castle to other companies that can actually run the tower, fiber and small cell divisions.
I sincerely hope the EMT, upper and mid level managers are reading ALL the posts on this web site. Their decisions have hurt so many employees and their families. What ever happened to “people matter?”
