Anyone know about the upcoming Field Restructure coming in February? Hearing u300 dealers will get Ford of Mexico reps. Not sure what's happening to their current reps.

They also talked about hiring employees more in line with those they are serving. So, wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of current employees separated.
According to the Tune in Blue this a.m, it was mentioned that the process for streamlining warranty approvals was cut down from days to almost immediate. So I'm not surprised if the Company gets rid of a lot of the field personnel.
