All the medical plan cost is rising in January without any hikes this year.

Mine increased 5%. I am sure my raise will not cover it.
Considerably. My increase is $120 per pay period. Same plan for the last few years.
The projected 3% pay increase for 2024 is all but eaten up by the increase in benefit costs. So much for COLA.
