How much is bonus for ED?

ED is like the new VP. So I'm sure there's quite a range in salary. At the end of the day, you get what you get based on when you joined and how much the hirers were willing to pay. So don't hesitate to ask for lot more than you think you deserve.
According to the same website: the high is $325K, so maybe ask for $280K and see if they bring it down to $260K.
According to this website: $204K You should ask for more like $250K.
