We just got a new club manager 3 months ago and he is nothing like our old club manager he is holding every team lead and manager accountable and fresh managers are mad like no other they actually have to work and not leave the club for hours and nobody knows were their at.

He will either become like the rest or he will leave or... they will set him up to get fired.... likely though once he is finished showing them who's boss and has them obeying him them his true managerial self will emerge. Sure the other managers may not actually like him but he will eventually get to the point that he NEVER takes an associates side on an issue. If an assistant does you dirty he will side with them. Mark my words. If he does not become as I say , he will leave on his own accord or get fired for a trumped up reason. Becoming corrupt is almost irresistible even for teamleads.
