Citi bank is a stupid company they just promote non performing. Not a place to work
When do they normally announced promotions? I had my year end discussion but no promotion or bonus, or salary discussion. Is it coming in January?
Svp level is supposedly getting decimated
Citi is a top heavy management firm. It will not change under current leadership. Managers are being promoted while underlyings don’t know if they will have a job in 1 month.
Does anyone know if lists have been done for January? How can you tell if on a list?
What promotions?? Those are limited this year compared to previous years. AND employees are getting downgraded to 3-Valued Contributor even if you did Rating 1 or 2 quality work cause Citi does NOT want to pay better Bonuses if any Bonus at all !!! And then Citi wonders why top performers Quit and Citi is left with Incompetent below average or mediocre at best Employees who F-UP constantly including giving US$900 Million Free Money away to Revlon's creditors !!! This triggered even more Consent Orders, MRIAs and MRAs from Bank Regulators.
