Retention bonuses should be absolutely offered as a way to try and make amends for jerking people and their lives around for the last several months due to complete and utter incompetence of the EMT. I have zero trust or faith in leadership at this point. My 4 year old is more competent.

Elliot isn't interested in employee retention, structure or pay, they're interested in off loading fiber. They've been clear from the start. The employee stuff is peanuts in comparison.
@fbl+1q4G1vow, didn't you hear DS say that he stands by our strategy and our progress? Of course we're getting raises and bonuses. It might pi-s off Elliott and they'll bust down the doors armed with torches and pitchforks but we'll still get raises.
We will be lucky to get bonuses and pay increases in 2024. This post is hysterical!
